Run A Panel For Otaku Mex

April 25, 2008 on 1:16 am | In News | No Comments

If you’re really interested (and we’re hoping you are!), in running a panel for this year’s convention, please contact us with the following information:

Your Name:
Email:
Phone Number:
Name of the Panel:
Description (think about this one carefully, it will most likely be copy/pasted STRAIGHT into the program guide):
Equipment/Prop Needed (whether you are providing them or you need us to. This helps us determine any power/space/lighting considerations for you…):

And just to spice it up: For every two panels you put on, that’s a badge. So if you’ve got a crew of 4 people, and need a badge for everyone…that’s 8 panels we’ll want to see. They can all be different, but no more than two of the same thing. Savvy?

We’ll need a form for EACH different panel you’ll want to do. We will review your submission, and get back with you as to whether or not your panel might is too great, or when you’ll be going on!

HUGE updates on the site and forums!

Alright, that was pushy and mean. Sorry.

Till next time,
