1-14 @ $300 each

15-18 @ $300 - What about the extra spaces in there?
These are just over half a booth, but who are we to let the space go to waste? This area is perfect for someone that needs to be in the dealer room, but doesn’t need a full table…OR…someone who needs more than one booth, but not quite two. These spaces are $150 a piece.

19a/19b are together @ 600 - it is short but its right at the door!

Space request is on a first come, first serve basis…some having already been taken!

Please let us know what merchandise you will be bringing and we’ll review your product for placement. Simply put, we want to make sure that all of our dealers are cornering the market on SOMETHING so you’ll have exclusives sales to make the most money possible.

Booths are 10′x10′ with the standard 6′x3′ table.

Booths are $300 a pop (yes, you’re welcome to purchase more than one if necessary), which includes two bades. Additional badges are $20 per 3 day badge (limit is 3 per table at the discounted price. These MUST be purchased at the same time as the table.). Payment can be made via Paypal to thinkartmedia@yahoo.com

Set yourself up for a hefty discount:
Seriously? Yeah…seriously. Reserve a room with the hotel for TWO(2) nights, send us your confirmation information, and we’ll work with you to either discount your table or room cost.
Why would we do that? Because we’re vendors, too and we know that it’s hard enough paying for the booth…and your room…and your food…and your travel…and putting together all your stuff to show and sell. We thought we could help out a little bit with all of that.

Want to get reserve more than one room? We already thought of that: Let us know how many rooms you have reserved for at least TWO(2) convention nights, and we’ll work with you on raising your discounts. Just let us know any additional needs you may have. We’re easy like Sunday morning.

We do have a strict no bootleg policy (same as everyone else):
Otaku Mex absolutely supports the intellectual property laws of this country, and everyone elses. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, toys, cds, dvds, books and/or labels.

We want to make sure everyone’s best interests are looked out for. With this in mind, we reserve the right to search all dealer products for any merchandise for goods that may infringe upon those laws.

We also want to work with our dealers. If there is a first violation, the dealer will be asked to remove the offending merchandise, no harm no foul. However, if the offending merchandise is found a second time, we will ask you to leave the convention, and denied a refund of any kind.

We all know how this works. Keep it legal, and we’ll all be fine.
